Join Master yoga teacher, Emma Tranter and Life Coach & Plant based Chef, Lucie Charping, for a weekend of wellness fun! Spend 2 days in Historic Deland, FL. Completely dedicated to taking care of you! Emma will move you though a variety of Mind-Body wellness practices each day and Lucie will be your Chef, not only serving you delicious plant based food but also coaching and educating you through practical and discussion based workshops... Topics include "Live Life Delicious"- how to cook plant based, “How to eat not diet” - find your optimal weight, “The self care warrior “ - It's all about you, "You are what you eat" - debunking some common nutritional myths. You will also venture out via SUP or Canoe and explore some of Florida’s stunning nature on the St Johns River… Come and join the fun!
